They can’t tell you apart from someone running a scam
On Instagram, a first-time organizer’s reel and a brilliant one’s look identical. Same drone shots, same testimonials, same “comment INFO below”. A first-timer about to send ₹25,000 to an account they’ve never met has no way to judge you — so some of them don’t.
The things that decide it are on page forty
You already wrote them. Whether lunches are included. That one night is a dorm. That the gondola depends on snowfall. That they shouldn’t book flights until the trip confirms. It’s all in your document, and nobody reads to the end — so they either don’t book, or they book and are surprised later.
And you’re answering the same six questions in DMs
Twenty times per trip, while also chasing deposits and shortlisting from a spreadsheet.
What that looks like in practice
Here is a real group trip, selling right now. Its dates run 30 October to 6 November — eight days, seven nights. The itinerary describes six days, and carries a note admitting the seventh “is currently not included”. It’s being advertised as 7 days and 6 nights.
Nobody was careless. It’s a long document written by hand, and long documents written by hand drift. There was nothing to catch it.
